After School Enrichment Program

C.M.A.E.I. is proud to launch our long-planned A.S.E. program to middle school and elementary school students who needs tutoring in various subjects and enrichment in academic materials. 

FOR YOUR KIDS:

This After-School Enrichment Program (ASE) is dedicated to enriching the lives of your child by providing a nurturing and motivating environment for learning and making friends.

Why Us:

We know there are many programs to choose from, but this is what makes A.S.E.P. special and different.  Our after school program comes with a 1-on-1 tutoring program upon request which offers the opportunity to develop intimate relationship between your child and his/her tutor.  We also provide a large exercise facility for your children to practice martial arts and other indoor sports.

Tutors:

ASE tutors all come from neighboring high schools and universities such as University of California at Berkeley, College of San Mateo, De Anza College, and Foothill College...etc.  All of our tutors have exemplary grades from schools and a special focus that qualifies them to teach the after-school program.  Many of our tutors even have certificates in tutoring. 

What to expect:

Your Child will spend half of the class time doing homework from his/her school and the second half on the curriculum of the day, which may vary depending on grade level and amount of school work that the tutor has to spend helping your child.  Additional curriculum may be anything from writing skills, reading comprehension, to creative fun projects such as writing a song or letter to drawing cartoon characters.  The idea is to help your child with school work and to form a big-sibling type relationship by working together and by trading experiences among fellow students.

Assessment and Evaluation:

You may request for an assessment chart to follow your children progress.  There will also be a bi-weekly or monthly conference to speak to the tutors about your child weak and strong sides.  We are confident about our program and hope to see your satisfaction in enrolling your child with us; therefore, we strongly recommend parents to sign up for conference and evaluation.
